Ingredients

    Vegetable or (Chicken Broth), Fit & Active, 1/3 cup
    Diced Tomatoes, 15.5oz
    Trocomare, 1/8t
    Steak Seasoning, 1/4t
    Crushed Red Pepper, 1/4t
    Garlic, Minced, 1t
    Kosher Salt, 1/2t
    Crushed Tomatoes, 28oz
    Olive Oil, 1/2T
    Onion, 1/2 medium, finely chopped
    Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 3t
    Tabasco Sauce, 1/4t
    Pinto Beans, 16oz
    Black Beans, 15.5oz
    Kidney Beans, 15.5oz
    Chili Powder, 1/2T
    Chipolte Chili Powder, 1/2T
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2T

Directions

In a large sauce pot, add olive oil over medium high heat. Add chopped onions and garlic.... stir frequently for about 2 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and let them break down for about 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover. Let simmer for 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings... 1 1/2 cups each. Best served over rice with a little cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
