Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef - 90/10 - 1.5 pounds
    Petite Diced Tomatoes - 4 cans
    Red Kidney Beans - 2 cans
    Black Beans - 1 can
    Diced Onion - 1 cup
    Mixed diced bell peppers - .5 - 1 cup
    Diced celery - 1 cup
    Pressed garlic - 2 heads
    Water - .5 cup
    Seasoning to taste - Johnny's - Tony Cachere's, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef in olive oil in bottom of large round pot - when browned, add vegetables and tomatoes - not beans. Let cook on low-medium heat for 30-45 minutes, then add beans. Simmer another 15-20 minutes. Serve or refrigerate.
