Ingredients

2 pork sausage links ( Longhini Sweet) ( cut into 16 circle peices)
1 cup red pepper strips
1 cup green pepper strips
1 cup of onion strips
1/4 cup chicken broth (collegan inn 99 % fat free)
1/2 cup tomato suace with tomato tidbits
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 hard rolls (long)
Directions
In a large saute pan spray with olive oil non stick cooking spray
heat and add the peppers and onion. Stir until onion and peppers are almost tender now add half the chicken broth and cook untill onions and peppers are tender adding more chicken broth if needed. Transfer pepper and onion mixture to a dish. In same pan spray more non stick cooking spray add sausage and cook until no longer pink adding some chicken broth to scrape up sausage bits. Add onion and peppers back to the pan with the sausage stir together add tomato sauce, salt and garlic powder let simmer for about 10 minutes. Take off heat and add half of the sausage and peppers to each roll and Enjoy!! Makes to servings.
