Introduction

I have to give credit to KIMMYKIM3883 for this recipe, but since I screwed it up I had to recalculate it! The whole thing had been in the crock pot for almost three hours when I realized I had left out the cream of chicken soup her recipe had called for! I also only had 1 tablespoon of bacon bits on hand. Too late, we ate it anyway, and it was still good! So, I guess you could say this is a lighter version, but I didn't intend it that way when I started! Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. Bacon Bits
    1 tsp. chopped Garlic
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch® salad dressing mix
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker. Cook 3-4 hours on low. We served it with brown rice and steamed broccoli.
