Introduction

Yummy pancakes you and your family will love. Makes 33 pancakes so you have enough for the week for breakfast. Yummy pancakes you and your family will love. Makes 33 pancakes so you have enough for the week for breakfast.

Ingredients

    6 T Butter
    3C Flour
    7t Baking Powder
    2t Salt
    6t Sugar
    3c Milk, 2%
    2 eggs
    2t Vanilla Extract

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients together. Melt butter. Stir in milk and eggs to flour mixture and then add the eggs (so the eggs don't cook since you are using the hot butter). I let the mixture sit in the frig for a half an hour and then scoop by the 1/4 cup on to a hot griddle that has been prepped with cooking spray this will give you 33 pancakes.
