Ingredients

    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (reduced fat)
    1 can Tomato Soup
    1 lb. beef stew meat (cubes)
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. baby carrots
    about 4 yukon potatoes, 14 oz. cubed
    1 cup sweet red peppers, diced
    1 cup chopped onion
    Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix, 1 envelope

Directions

Makes 6 servings. Put all ingredients in crockpot (use a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup). Cook for 8-10 hours.
