Ingredients

    3 cup sliced Mangos
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup cider vinegar
    3/4 cup splenda
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tbs ginger chunks
    2 cloves garlic minced

Directions

boil vinegar and sugar
add remaining ingredients
cook slow for 2 hrs
add to steralized jars, cap tightly

makes 10, 1/4 cup servings
