Ingredients

1 bag Caramels, Kraft
1/3 C Evaporated Milk, canned
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Milk Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 C Butter, salted
1/3 C Evaporated Milk, canned
1 C Milk Chocolate Chips
3/4 C Walnuts, chopped
Directions
Melt 1 bag of caramels w/ 1/3 cup evaporated milk, low heat and stirring.
Mix 1 box chocolate cake mix w/ 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1/3 cup butter.
Use half of the cake mix to make a flat crust on the bottom of the pan.
Bake the crust @ 350° for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle ½ cup milk chocolate chips over the crust.
Sprinkle walnuts over the chocolate chips.
Drizzle 3/4 of the caramel over the walnuts.
Put the remaining cake mix on top of the caramel (just blob it on there; it will look like a gooey layered mess).
Drizzle the remaining caramel on top of the cake mix.
Sprinkle ½ cup chocolate chips on the top.
Bake @ 350° for 15-18 minutes (until the "crust" and batter "blobs" are set).
