Yummy, healthy pumpkin bread! Yummy, healthy pumpkin bread!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Dry bowl:
    1.75 cups of AP flour
    1.5 cups of sugar
    1tsp of baking soda
    0.75 tsp of salt
    1 tbsp of cinnimon

    Wet bowl:
    1 cup of canned pumpkin
    0.5 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1/3 cup water
    2 eggs

Directions

spray two bread pans with cooking spray
add dry ingredients into wet.
pour half the batter evenly in the two pans

bake at 350 F for 1 hour

**** can make muffins: will make 18- cook for approx 20 minutes
