Introduction

Ingredients

    Leftover roasted turkey breast (or chicken if you prefer)
    Frozen mixed veggies (2 servings each)
    98% fat free cream of soup (your choice)--I like one can mushroom and one can chicken
    Ready to use Phyllo dough (available in the freezer section).
    ****Set phyllo dough in refigerator the night before you intend to make this!!!

Directions

Mix all ingredients except phyllo dough in large bowl.
Transfer to a baking dish. Microwave until "filling" is warm through. Layer dough on top of dish one sheet at a time.
Bake as per dough directions in oven until golden brown and serve.
