Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1/4 cup whole wheat panko
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    2 tbspns choppped celery
    2 tbspns chopped red pepper
    1 tspn nonpareil capers
    1 tbspns low fat mayonnaise
    1 tspn horseradish
    1/2 tspn salt
    1/2 tspn pepper
    dash tabasco
    1 tbspn canola

Directions

Drain salmon, crush salmon, including soft bones. Preheat oil in a skillet.

Add all ingredients to salmon and gently toss. Form into 6 patties; fry until brown, about 3 minutes on each side
