Introduction

A weird tortilla i made out of anything i could find in my kitchen. Its delicious for healthy wonky food. I dont have a picture but trust me, at an arial view, it just looks like a quesadilla with goat cheese sprinkled on top. A weird tortilla i made out of anything i could find in my kitchen. Ingredients

    A few hunks of reduced fat feta cheese
    Two small organic corn tortillas
    1/4 cup organic tomato sauce
    1 greek artichoke heart in oil
    1 wedge laughing cow cheese
    A sprinkle of goat cheese (optional)
    Everything's an option really...

Directions

Makes a little quesadilla thing:
The tortillas have to be small enough to fit in your toaster folded in half. Do just that. Fold one tortilla in half and place in toaster, taco style. When your tortilla is done toasting on a medium setting, lay out flat and spread 1 laughing cow cheese wedge on top. After this is done, put the other tortilla in the toaster the same way as the first. While the second tortilla is toasting, separate the leaves of the artichoke heart and evenly place on cheesed tortilla. Sprinkle the feta cheese on artichoked tortilla. Spread tomato sauce on feta cheesed tortilla. Remove second tortilla from the toaster (assuming that it is done toasting) and place on top of first.

Optional: Microwave for like ten seconds and sprinkle with goat cheese. Serve with full glass of water.
