Ingredients

8 oz. chicken breast skinless
lemon juice
soy sauce
onions
green and yellow peppers
light sour cream
salsa
romaine lettuce
whole wheat flour tortillas
olive oil
Directions
take lemon juice, truvia, soy sauce and olive oil and combine them in a bowl
cut into strips 8 oz. skinless chicken breasts and place them in the marinate. Marinate for no longer than 2 hours. Cut up onions and peppers into strips. Spray saute pan with light olive oil and cook peppers and onions for 10 minutes or lightly soft. Remove from pan. Place chicken strips evenly in the saute pan and save remaining marinate. Once chicken is almost cooked add peppers and onions and remaining marinate and let simmer for 10 minutes. Warm flour tortilla. Make your fajita any way you like. I like to place lettuce on the tortilla and then add the chicken. I put the sour cram and salsa on the side so I use very little. Just enough to flavor. Bon Appetite!
