    Ingredients:
    Bisquick, 1.75 cup
    Natura Soy Beverage original ,2.66 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Sosmix, 350 gram(s)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup
    Mixed Vegetables Green Giant Frozen, 2.5 cup
    Ground Flaxseed, 2 tbsp

Directions

Mix Sosmix, pumpkin and vegetables together and put in sprayed casserole dish. Mix Bisquick, soymilk, salt and pepper and ground flaxseed until smooth. Pour over Sosmix and bake at 400 for 50-60 minutes. Divide into 12 when serving.
