Introduction
This is a delicious party dip I a friend brought back from a family reunion in Kentucky. This is a delicious party dip I a friend brought back from a family reunion in Kentucky.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

2 8oz packages cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup real mayo
6 scallions diced
1 roll ritz crackers crushed
1 lb cooked bacon crumbled
1 8 oz jar sweet and sour sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cream cheese and mayo together then stir in the scallions and shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a glass baking dish.
Cook 1 lb of bacon as normal. When cooled crumble the bacon.
After 20 minutes remove the cream cheese mixture from the oven. Spread 1 8 oz jar of sweet and sour sauce on top then sprinkle crushed ritz and crumpled bacon on top. Serve warm with ritz crackers.
