Ingredients

    1 lg. Red Pepper
    1 med. Onion
    1 c. Green Beans
    6 oz. Grape Tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. Zucchini
    15 oz. can Tomato Puree
    12-16 oz. Water
    1 T. salt
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
    Parsley (to taste)

Directions

Spray large saute pan with cooking spray. Saute all vegetables until tender. Add Tomato Puree, water, and seasonings and simmer until hot. Cover and keep on low until ready to serve.

Makes 4 large srevings.
