Ingredients

    1/4 cup draind,rinsed Ranch Style Black Beans
    1/4 cup draind Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes
    2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
    Pam Original No-stick Cooking Spray
    1 1/2 cups Eggs beaters southwestern style (1 1/2 cup= 12 oz )
    4 whol wheat flour tortillas ( 8 inch)
    1/4 cup shredder pepper jack or sharp cheddar chess (1/4 cup= 1 oz)
    4 lime wedges

Directions

makes 4 Servings (1 burrito each)
1. combine beans,tomatoes and cilantro in small bowl,set a side.
2. Spry medium nonstick with cooking spray; heat over med. heat.And egg beaters.Cook without stirring until edges and bottom begain to set. Lift cooked portion and gently trun to scramble. Continue cooking until set.
3. Wrap toryillas between two damp paper towles.Heat tortillas in microwave on High aboult 30 seconds or until just heated through and pliable.
4. spoon cooked Egg beaters evenly down center of each tortilla. Top each with equal amounts of beans mixture and cheese. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla; roll-up burrito-style. Serve immediatley with a wedge of lime for added flaver.
