Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 14 cup (remove)
    Yeast, bakers, .5 ounce (remove)
    *Tenderflake Pure Lard, 227 gram (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)


Directions

Soak yeast in 3/4 cup lukewarm water to which has been added 1 tsp sugar,. Melt lard in a microwave-proof bowl. Add 4 cups water. Add sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Beat eggs, add to water. Add yeast mixture. Put 14 cups flour in a large bowl, make a hole in the centre. pour half of trhe liquid mixture, mix well. Add remaining liquid and mix well. Knead until smooth. Put in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and allow to rise in a warm place until double in size. Punch down, form into rolls, place in a greased pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Bake at 425 until golden brown.
