Introduction

lasagna with corn tortillas instead of noodles, and not so much cheese for my gluten free family. I would have put cheddar cheese on top in a nice layer, but I have a few kids with lactose intolerance, so I saved that for the side. lasagna with corn tortillas instead of noodles, and not so much cheese for my gluten free family. • I'm finding it impossible to find the mission brand super sized corn tortillas. Where do you find them? do you order them online? Thanks :) - 7/21/10

Don't be fooled by the name, they are still little, just not those itty bitty corn tortillas. You can use the small ones, and just add one or two to make up for the size. I just get them where all the other tortillas are, Safeway and Fred Meyer have had them before. HTH!
