Ingredients

    1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast
    5 tbl. spoons light mayo
    quarter cup of parmesan cheese, grated
    half a cup of italian style bread rumbs

Directions

Combine the mayo and the parmesan cheese together and spread over the chicken on both sides. Then dip the chicken in the bread crumbs. Place in a baking sheet and cook @ 400 degrees for 20 min. or until golden brown.
