Our family loves fresh salsa, but it is more expensive to buy. So we started making our own in an extra large quantity.

Ingredients

    Roma Tomatos - 25
    Onion - 1 medium
    Cilantro - 1 bunch
    Jalapeno - 1 pepper
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Lime Juice - 2 TBSP
    Salt - 2 tsp

Directions

Chop all of the fresh ingredients (or use a food processor)
Add Salt and Lime Juice
Taste to see if it needs a little extra of something for your tastebuds
Makes about 128 ounces
or about 16 1-cup servings
