Introduction

Leftover chicken recipe Leftover chicken recipe
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

China Blue, Sesame Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, about 6 oz
    Celery, raw, 1/4 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Sweet red pepper, 2 Tbsp diced
    Nasoya Nayonaise, 3 tbsp
    Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp
    Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette, 1 oz
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded

Directions

Okay, I'm not counting the chicken time, 'cause what you want to do it marinate the chicken in the Sesame Soy sauce (btw, ingredients of this item are soy sauce, roasted sesame oil, sherry, sugar, corn starch, spices (I'd say ginger and a little 5 spice powder), and salt). Then grill it. Eat for dinner, and refrigerate leftover for this recipe.

Dice chicken breast, mix with celery, onion, pepper, and Nayonaise.
Shred cabbage and toss with vinaigrette (I used Ginger People brand). Place cabbage and chicken salad on a plate side by side. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan, then sprinkle over plate.
