Ingredients

3 medium ripe to overripe bananas
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp unsweetened natural applesauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 egg whites (or 3 tbsp egg beater whites)
2 tbsp 1% milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup oats
3 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine bananas, butter, egg white, milk, applesauce, honey, vanilla, and sugar together. Beat until mixed. Then, add in wheat flour, then oats, then baking powder and baking soda, and salt. Last, add in chocolate chips.
Spoon evenly into sprayed muffin cups.
Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (20-40+ minutes, depending on size of muffins). Allow to cool completely for easy removal. Enjoy.
