Ingredients

    3 large pieces (6 servings) Rabbit Creek Cheesy Jalapeņo Beer Bread
    6 large eggs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped peppers
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 c. diced zucchini
    1 tbl. corn oil
    1/4 c. cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions

Saute vegetables in oil. Let cool.

Beat together eggs, milk, and sour cream.

Crumble bread into a greased 9x13 pan.

When veggies are cool, scatter over crumbled bread.

Pour egg mixture over bread and veggies.

Sprinkle cheese on top of everything.

Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Enjoy!
