Ingredients

10 - 15 Plastic cups and spoons
1 C. Water
1/2 C. Sugar
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own or clarified juice)
2 - Pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries (thawed) - about 24 oz total.
4-5 Bananas (sliced)
1 - 6 oz. can orange juice concentrate (I think they only sell 12 oz now so you can use half)
Directions
Serves: 10 - 15 depending on how full you fill the cups
Bring water and sugar to a boil. While water is heating, put all other ingredients into larger bowl. Add water/sugar to other ingredients. Spoon into cups and freeze. Start thawing process 1 hour before serving.
Good Substitutes: Raspberries, Peaches, Mandarin Oranges, Grapes etc.
