    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half to make 4 pieces
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, any style
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 oz shredded mozzerella cheese


lightly pound chicken breast halves to 1/2 inch thick. combine flour, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl or pie pan. coat each piece of chicken on both sides with the flour mixture. bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. spoon spaghetti sauce over each piece of chicken. sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp of parmesan cheese, and 1/2 oz (about 1/4 cup) mozzerella cheese. bake additional 10 to 15 minutes until juices run clear. makes 4 servings, one breast half each.
