Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice cooked by package directions, chop red onion for 1 cup. 1/2 cup cooked frozen peas, mushrooms and 4 ozs of prok loin cut into small pieces. This receipe was basicaly a way to use up some leftovers made it for the first time don't know if I will make aain.
