Ingredients

3 Chicken Breasts, cubed
Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
*Flour, King Arthur 100% Whole Wheat, 1 tbsp
Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
Italian Style Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
Broccoli,1 cup, chopped
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
Whole Grain Penne pasta, 14 oz box
Directions
Cook penne until al dente. During last two minutes of cooking time, add broccoli to water to cook through. Drain with pasta.
In separate pan, saute chicken cubes and garlic in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to season. Once chicken is cooked, remove from pan. In same pan, add butter. Once melted, add flour and mix well for about 1 minute. Add milk, stiring constantly. Add canned tomatoes and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stirring back in the chicken and garlic. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Toss with pasta and broccoli. Top with parmesan cheeese and serve.
Makes 8 small servings.
