    1 lb lean ground beef (93%)
    1 cup crushed Wheat Saltines - about 18 crackers
    1 egg
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 ketchup
    2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tablespoons onion powder (can use onion if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste


Crush up the saltines in a food processor
Mix together with all the ingredients
put in either a loaf pan or a cake pan (form like a loaf)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done
