Introduction

Ingredients

    4 hard boiled eggs (yolks removed)
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    2 tbsp chopped celery
    1 chopped baby dill pickle
    2 tbsp low cholesterol mayo type dressing (hellmans makes a good one)

    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Squish eggs, add rest of ingredients and mix, enjoy with 2 slices of good bread!

    lower cholesterol in this one by using only egg whites. That brings it down to 0 cholesterol.
