Ingredients

    1 t olive oil Cooking Spray
    2 c vertically sliced Vidalia or other sweet onion
    1 c julienne cut roasted bell peppers
    ¼ c chopped kalamata olives
    1 14/5 oz c Italian style diced tomatoes, drained
    10 oz Boboli crust
    ½ c shredded provolone cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over med heat. Add onion, cook 12 min, until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in peppers, olives and tomatoes. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread onion mixture over pizza crust, leaving a ½” border, top with cheese. Bake at 450 for 12 min.
