Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup minced green onions
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach-thawed
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray glass pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Cook bacon in microwave in paper towels until very crisp.
4. Crumble bacon into bits.
5. Squeeze spinach tightly in a kitchen towel to remove all water.
6. Whip eggs, cream, water, mayonnaise, flour, garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl.
7. Add onions, cheese, bacon and spinach and mix.
8. Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
9. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
10. Test for doneness by inserting knife--quiche is done when knife comes out clean.
