    2 Granny Smith apples
    1 pkg. Pilsbury Crescent Rolls
    3 sticks butter, melted
    1 1/2 C sugar
    1 t. vanilla
    8 oz. Mt. Dew


peel and cut apples into 8 pieces each.
roll in crescent rolls
place in buttered 9 x 13 pan
barely stir melted butter and sugar and vanilla, pour over dumplings
pour mt. dew around edges of pan
sprinkle with cinnamon
bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes

  • This was wonderful so easy, didn't use near that amount of butter, or sugar and it turned out terrific and save some of those calories for my husband, will make again for our guest this week end. Thanks for sharing never knew it could be this easy! - 11/14/13

  • Our family had this for dessert last was awesome! I had them before but never made them, our 9 year old helped make them. Absolutely delicious! All it was missing was vanilla ice cream :) - 5/20/12
