Introduction
These are very simple and filling. Add any toppings or add-ins you like and adjust calories as fit. Make these ahead of time to grab and go in the morning, or make a ton at once and freeze them!Any brand of protein powder should be fine, but I prefer Labrada Pro-V160.

Ingredients

1 rounded scoop of any flavor Labrada Prov-V160 protein powder
4 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Makes one big breakfast serving, or two snack servings.
1. Combine the protein powder, egg whites, and cinnamon and use a smart stick hand blender or whisk by hand to combine well.
2. Fry in Pam in a skillet on medium heat.
3. Top with sugar free maple syrup.
Optional add-ins (not counted in the nutritional info here): Chocolate chips, nuts, banana chunks, flaxseed meal, etc.
