Ingredients

    3 oz. boneless pork chop
    3 tsp. honey
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Pepper to taste


Directions

Makes one serving

mix honey, dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Rub pepper into pork chop. Cook in no fat cooking spray until brown. Add liquid mixture until carmelized.

    This was very good, I used 2 pork loin chops and the same amount of sauce. Turned out great, I think it would have been to much sauce for us if I doubled the recipe. Thanks for sharing. - 4/28/09

    Simple, tasty and I had all the ingredients! I used stone ground mustard and kicked up the honey just a touch. It will be a repeat dish for sure. - 7/20/09

    This was very tasty and simple to make. I liked the recipe just as is. I did triple it so as to have enough for the whole family and they loved it too. - 12/1/08
