    24 oz salmon filets
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    fresh herbs (thyme or dill)


Pour water and wine into crock pot. Set on high and heat for 30 minutes. Add salmon and herbs and cook on high for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
