Introduction

my favorite hummus. I just decided to measure out all the ingredients after I was asked for the recipie by friends numerous times my favorite hummus. I just decided to measure out all the ingredients after I was asked for the recipie by friends numerous times
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 marinated red pepper
    1/2 can marinated artichokes drained. . . or one small jar artichokes drained
    1 1/2 TB tahini
    one can of chickpeas
    garlic
    1/4 cup Light olive oil give or take how creamy you like it

Directions

Put 1/2 c water and can of chickpeas in pot to boil.
Just bring to a boil and take off
Drain and shock with cold water
add all ingredients but oil into food processor.
process and add slow stream of olive oil till it reaches the consistency you like. Enjoy.
Makes 8 1/3 c servings - ish
