Ingredients

1.5 cup apples, chopped into small pieces
    Juice of half lemon
    1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

1. Place lemon juice in small bowl.
2. Chop apples and place in bowl as you chop, coating all pieces in juice to keep from browning.
3. Place all apples and juice in a small saucepan.
4. Add Maple Syrup
5. Place on low heat and cover. Simmer 7 minutes stirring frequently. Simmer, without stirring for another 10-20 minutes, you'll know it's done when the sauce on the bottom of the ban has browned slightly.

Makes 1 approx half cup serving.
