Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork and Beef Sausage, 5 link
    dimensions: 4" long x 7/8
    FIBER WISE PENNE PASTA, 2 serving
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Naturally Yours Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small, cut into strips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix soup and sour cream and 1 c. of cheese in small bowl set aside.
Dice sausage links and brown in a ductch oven.
Set aside sausage.
In same pan, fill with water to boil pasta.
Drain pasta and replace back in same pan, add sausage, pepper strips, soup mixture. Slightly stir to move soup around.
Cover and cook in oven for 15 minutes to heat through, then add remaining cheese and cook uncovered for 15 minutes to melt and brown cheese.

Remove and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

    Incredible!
    I made this for supper tonight. I used cream of celery soup instead of mushroom. I didn't have any peppers so didn't use anything else. My husband, daughter and future son-in-law really liked it. Will make again. - 6/21/09
