Introduction

I wanted to try something that looked like pasta but did not have any wheat, grain in it at all so I cut zucchini into ribbons and added it at end of making this sauce. Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey breast
    1 cup chopped yellow onioni
    1 chopped large stalk of celery
    .5 cup chopped green pepper
    1 Tablespoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Italian Blend
    1 chicken boulion cube
    1 cup french cut green beans
    2 fresh yellow zucchini made into strings so it looks like pasta use peeler to cut through zuccini and then cut the stacks to look like spaghetti. It's really easy.
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

combine turkey, onion, celery, green pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. dash in skillet sprayed with Pam saute until turkey is no longer pink. Add 1 cup water, boulion cube, green beans and zucchini squash ribbons and cook until squash is translucent. Add tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Very delicious.
