Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Small Onion, Chopped
    2 Yellow (or orange) peppers, chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Ground Turkey
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can (small) Brooks Chili hot beans
    1 can Brooks Tomato Sauce-for Chili
    1 Large Can Rotel (traditional)
    2 cans (small) Rotel Chili Fixins
    1 pack of Chili seasoning

Directions

Chop onion and green pepper. Place in warmed skillet with olive oil and cook until onions are translucent. Add 2 lbs Ground Turkey (at least 93% lean). Cook until Turkey is cooked through, stirring frequently.

Drain meat mixture of any visible fat (in collinder). Place back in pot. Add all remaining ingredients to pot and simmer on low for no less than 1 hour until flavors meld. Add garlic and pepper to taste.
