    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    2 cups water
    4 chicken breast tenders
    1 cup brown rice
    1 T. cajun seasoning
    1 can cream of mushroom soup

    Put the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy.
