    8 Slices of Turkey Breast
    1 Slice Avocado
    Slice of Onion
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 Extra Large Egg

Directions

Toast English Muffin
In a small saucepan, fry onions and turkey in olive oil.
Remove turkey, add eggs
Fry egg to taste.
Spread slice of avocado on muffin
Construct the sandwich
