Ingredients

    1 C water
    3 c unbleached flour
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tbsp dry milk powder
    1 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions

This recipe is from my Panasonic bread machine. Prepare using the pizza dough setting. Remove from machine, let rest in bowl covered with damp kitchen towel for 1/2 hour. Divide into 8 balls for individual pizzas (I divided into four and counted 1/2 pizza as a serving). Top as desired (vegs and light cheese for those watching weight), bake at 400 for about 10-15 minutes (watch carefully as oven temperatures vary).
