This is so great on fat free chocolate or cheesecake pudding. It is also really good on oatmeal. It is low on calories and big on taste. Plus!, it has a lot of good stuff in there to help keep your sweet tooth satisfied and, put on oatmeal, keeping you full till lunch~! This is so great on fat free chocolate or cheesecake pudding. Ingredients

1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries- sliced up
a big squeeze of lemon juice (from a real lemon)
    1 capful of vanilla extract
    1 packet of Stevia sweetener

Directions

Cut up the strawberries into slices and throw into a small saute pan- (they cut nicely while frozen as well)
throw the blueberries in
Squeeze lemon half in
Add a packet of Syevia sweetener (I prefer Purevia or Truevia)
Allow the fruit to defrost and get warm over the heat. Cover if you want.
Add vanilla and cook, squishing some of the blueberries.
Cook as long as you would like, uncovered, until a desired thickness is reached. (It will thicken more upon cooling)
Serve on yogurt, oatmeal, and pudding- hot or cold
