Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 egg
    4 slices bread, made into crumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Roll into 1" balls and place on a cooling rack on a jellyroll pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
