A lightened version of a party favorite! A lightened version of a party favorite!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cans Pillsbury Recipe Creations seamless dough
    1 8oz package fat free cream cheese
    1 16oz container fat free sour cream
    2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
    1 cup Reduced Fat (2%) shredded cheddar
    2 cups small chopped broccoli
    2 cups small chopped cauliflower
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in quarters (or halves)
    1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions

Bake dough according to package directions, seamed together in a large cookie sheet (mine took about 10 minutes at 375). Cool after baking.

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning with a hand blender. Spread over cooled crust. Top with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions (in that order). Slice into 20 pieces and serve!
