    1 box Dare Breaktime Ginger cookies
    1/2 C margarine, hard

    8 oz light cream cheese
    1/4 c 1% yogurt
    1/3 c sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Makes 8 servings

Crush cookies in a food processor. Melt margarine and add crumbs. Press mixture into 10" springform pan.

Combine next 5 ingredients with beater until smooth. Pour over prepared crust.
Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes or until center is set.
Cut into 8 wedges. Serve topped with favourite cheesecake toppings.
