Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 cup fat free small curd cottage cheese, drained of extra liquid.
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 ounce reduced fat shredded monterey jack or other white mild cheese
1 diced jalapeno, ribs and seeds excluded
    3 chopped scallions
1 teaspoon dry onion soup mix
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors blend. Serve with baked tortilla chips, or with veggies.

If the only available cottage cheese is large curd, I put this all into a food processor and blend until smooth.
