    * Garlic, 0.50 tsp
    * Mushrooms, cooked, 0.25 cup pieces
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    * Canned Tomatoes, 0.25 cup
    * Beans, red kidney, 0.25 cup
    * Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2 oz
    * Chick Peas, 0.25 cup
